The Challenge:


After more than 30+ years in the automotive industry, my client faced an unexpected turning point: redundancy. While this marked the end of a long and successful corporate career, it also opened the door to reinvention. With a wealth of experience behind him and a newfound passion for personal development, he decided to train as a coach and pursue consultancy. However, stepping into this unfamiliar territory brought its own challenges. He was navigating a shift in identity, moving from expert to beginner, and needed clarity on how to position himself, direction on where to focus his energy, and the confidence to embrace his new role.
